At The Jewel House, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • All original packaging, certificates, and documentation must be included.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • The buyer is fully responsible for arranging and paying for return postage.

  • The buyer is responsible for the item until it is safely received by us.

  • We strongly recommend using a fully insured and trackable service, as we accept no responsibility for items lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued for the item cost only.

  • Original postage costs are non-refundable.

  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • We reserve the right to deduct an amount if the item has diminished in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.


Non-Returnable Items

Unless faulty, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Bespoke or customised jewellery

  • Resized or altered items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift vouchers


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and details. We will assess the issue and advise on the next steps.
